The 7th International Conference And Exhibition On Sustainable Energy And Advanced Material (ICE-SEAM 2021) is organized by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FKM), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) in association with the Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta, Indonesia (UNS). The first ICE-SEAM conference was held in 2009. The joint organization was organized 5 times, namely 3 times in Solo, Indonesia (2011, 2015, and 2019) and 2 times in Melaka, Malaysia (2013 and 2017). This time around, the event will be held virtually on the 23 November 2021.
The objective is to create a platform for the scientists, scholars, researchers, engineers, and students from Higher Educational Institutions, Research Institutions, and Industries to present their findings of ongoing/completed original research activities. Hence, fostering research collaborations between the universities and industries. In addition, this conference provides exposure to both industry and Institutions of Higher Learning on the progress and existence of opportunities for cooperation in research and consultancy activities at the universities and further strengthen the working network between academics, scientists, engineers and technologists at the regional and international levels.
The theme for ICE-SEAM 2021 is "Energy Efficient and Advanced Material for Sustainable Development".
